Description

This is a hospice/home health position, must have experience in both settings.
Clinician will primarily be seeing palliative care patients on the west side of the island of Oahu. Will be pulled to assist with hospice patients as needed.

-13 week assignment
- Hi license in hand REQUIRED for submission
- facility will interview
- asap start (roughly 2 weeks out on average)
