Radiation Therapist – Travel Assignment

Day Shift | 4×10 Hours | Monday–Friday

Overview

A radiation oncology department is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist for a 13‑week travel assignment. This role requires proficiency with the Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator, strong technical accuracy, and the ability to adapt to fluctuating daily volumes. The schedule may extend later into the evening on high‑volume days, and final shift details will be reviewed during the interview.

Assignment Details

Shift: 4×10‑hour days, Monday–Friday
Core Hours: 07:30–17:30
Extended Hours: May work as late as 7:00–8:00 PM depending on patient volume
On‑Call: None
Start Date: March 2, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Finalized with manager during interview

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience
Proficiency with Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator
Ability to work independently and maintain precise treatment delivery
Strong patient‑care communication and workflow management

Certifications

ARRT (T) – Required
BLS – Required
