Job Title: Case Manager – Acute Care Hospital
Assignment Type: Travel (First-time travelers accepted)
Patient Ratio: 1:20

Shift: Days 5*8

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital Case Manager experience
• Hospital experience is required (must have direct inpatient case management background)
• Experience performing:
  • Care coordination
  • Discharge planning
  • Plan of care development
• Active California RN license required
  • Pending license accepted, but must be active by start date
• Travel experience required (first-time travelers accepted; clinical screening required)

Preferred Certifications & Knowledge

• Familiarity with InterQual Criteria*
• Knowledge of DRG (Diagnosis Related Groups)*
• Understanding of CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) regulations
