Start Date: 3–4 weeks out (per compliance tier)

Patient Ratio: 4:1 (may flex to 5:1 as needed)
Experience Requirements
Preferred: 3 years of ER experience
Consideration: 2–3 years accepted if candidate has Level I Trauma Center experience and at least one prior travel assignment
First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
Scheduling Requirements
Weekends: Every other weekend required
On-Call: Not required
Floating: Not required
Block Scheduling:
Only Friday–Sunday weekend block available
No weekday block scheduling
Licensure & Eligibility
Locals Accepted: No
Local Radius Rule: Must reside 75+ miles from the facility
Pending License: Accepted
RTO Restrictions: Maximum 7 days per 13-week contract
Guaranteed Hours: Yes
Certifications & Skills
Required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS
Special Requirements:
Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Level I Trauma experience required
Must pass Relias EKG exam
