Attendance Policy – IMPORTANT

McLaren Northern has a strict 3-strike attendance policy to protect patient care:
Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated immediately.
Exceptions such as communicable disease or hospitalization will be reviewed with supporting documentation.
Position: Radiation Therapy RN
Role Overview
Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments, ensuring patient safety and adherence to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform treatment simulations
Fabricate all necessary shielding blocks
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
Prepare equipment and perform quality control and assurance tests
Ensure proper infection control techniques
Adhere to radiation safety and protection practices
Collaborate with medical staff and maintain professional working relationships
Ensure all activities reflect McLaren’s philosophy, goals, objectives, and nationally accepted standards of practice
