RN β Surgical Stepdown (IMCU)
π Boston, MA
π Nights | 36 hrs/week
π 38-bed unit | Ratios 1:3β1:4
π₯ Surgical Intermediate Care Unit caring for post-op patients from PACU/SICU including cardiothoracic, vascular, neuro, trauma, and transplant.
β Required:
- MA RN License
- ACLS & BLS
- 2+ years recent acute care
- Surgical Stepdown experience (required)
- Must independently interpret telemetry rhythms
- Tele test + Critical Care Med test on Day 1
β Preferred:
- Tertiary facility experience
