What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide individualized OT services to SNF residents
- Develop and implement treatment plans focused on functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary rehab teams
- Complete timely documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Active Delaware OT license
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care
