Description

Position Title: Mammography Technician

Location: Washington, DC

Pay Rate (Local): $70/hr.

Total Travel Package: $3,105 / week

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package*

· Taxable wages: $1,180.00

· Weekly lodging allowance: $1,281.00

· Weekly meals / incidentals: $644.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operates all breast imaging equipment located in the Breast Center for the purposes of performing screening and diagnostic mammography exams according to physician’s orders and assisting with needle localizations, stereotactic breast biopsies and ultrasound biopsies. Advanced mammography registration ARRT(R) (M) Certification in DEXA modality preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience performing mammography procedures Current CPR High school diploma/GED or completion of college.
