Travel Pay Rate: (above 75 miles)

• Hourly:$70/hr W2 + $1,246/week (non - taxable stipend)
• Gross:$4,046/weekly

Job Summary:
The RN Case Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the hospital’s case management and social work functions within an acute care setting. This role ensures effective care coordination, utilization management, discharge planning, and regulatory compliance while leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team. The position requires strong leadership, acute care case management expertise, and the ability to drive quality and efficiency across patient transitions of care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support Case Managers and Social Workers to ensure high-quality patient care coordination.
• Oversee utilization review, length-of-stay management, and discharge planning in an acute care environment.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, payer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics, address barriers to care, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and workflow within the EMR system (Meditech).
• Provide staff guidance, education, scheduling support, and operational oversight as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 5 years of experience as a Director over Case Manager experience.
• Active BLS (required)
• State License for GA.
• Meditech experience
