Staffing & Scheduling

Patient Ratios
- Days: 1:20
- Weekends: 1:4
Call Required: Yes
- Typically 6 evenings + 1 weekend every 6 weeks
- One weekend per 6 weeks on standby
- 30-minute response time required
Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 requests
Orientation: 36 hours

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience
Licensure: Active Compact License accepted
Eligibility Note:
- Permanent employees of non-Swedish Providence facilities may travel if separated for ≥3 months

Fluoroscopy

Procedural Responsibilities (Required)

Accurate hemodynamic monitoring
Equipment setup
EKG lead placement
Access site preparation
Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
Circulator role
Scrub role (maintain sterile field)
Vascular closure devices (Perclose, StarClose)

Professional Knowledge
