The ideal candidate will have strong neonatal or pediatric critical care experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity NICU environment.Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of NICU experience</li><li>Active New York State RN license (must be in hand)</li><li>Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications</li><li>Strong neonatal or pediatric nursing clinical experience</li><li>Experience with ventilators and advanced monitoring equipment</li><li>Excellent communication skills with patients’ families and multidisciplinary care teams</li><li>Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend</li></ul>
