Description

Shift:
5x8s - Varies, rotating weekends. Call expected

Work Experience:
Cardiac Surgery Tech
Primary area of work will be in cardiac open heart with the ability to assist in all area of the OR when needed.
One (1) year scrubbing CVOR/Open Heart procedures experience or two (2) years acute care scrubbing experience required.

Education:
Successful completion of a surgical technology education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).

License:
Current documentation of certification to practice surgical technology in Oregon required.

Certifications:
Healthcare Provider BLS required.
Certification as a surgical technologist issued by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
