Description

  • Number of Beds – 3 exam rooms, hot lab, injection room in unit.
  • Number of Staff – Team of 3 staff members, plus 2 full time Nuc Med Techs at Woodlawn campus assist with the call rotation
  • Type of staff: Day shift 7:30 – 4 with rotating call for off hours, 1 weeknight and every 5th weekend
  • Patient Ratios – N/A
  • Type of equipment – Optima 640, GE Infinia, Adac Forte. Doses are unit doses, no compounding on site.
  • EMR – Meditech, Fuji Synapse/PACS
  • Typical Procedures:
    • Cardiac/Stress studies, renal, cerebral viability, HIDA, SPECT, Bone Scan, Shuntogram, Gastric Clearance, Pulmonary, Parathyroid, MUGA, Cisternography
    • ICU, Pediatrics, Trauma, Med-Surg, ER
Must Haves: - An Associates degree - A recent 6 months of Nuclear Med Tech experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting - CNMT or ARRT (N) - BLS Certification Preferred or Nice to Have: - 2 years Nuclear Med Experience - MediTech Experience - Travel Experience
