Shift: AM 8 Hrs Description:Start ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days

Coverage area: Boston Territory and surrounding

Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.

Must have at least 1 year recent HOS exp HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may be considered without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class before start.
