Description

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and critical thinking
Coordinate and document care through interdisciplinary collaboration
Partner with patients and families to support care goals
Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, and research initiatives
Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nursing staff and students
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
BSN preferred

Licensure & Certifications

Active RN License (State or Compact)
BLS required

Experience

5 years of direct patient care nursing experience required
