DESCRIPTION:

Education and Experience

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
Acute care registered nurse experience preferred.
Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred for specialty nursing departments.

Licensure and Certification

Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Healthcare Provider (HCP) level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or equivalent).

Skills and Competencies

Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Crisis management skills.
Ability to provide compassionate care to patients across the age continuum.
Proficiency with department-specific equipment and technology.
