Requirements:

Minimum Experience:
- 1.5 years required (2 years preferred)
Certifications / Licenses:
- California Mammography License (Required)
- ARRT (M) – Preferred
- ARRT (R) – Preferred
- BLS – Required
Charting: Epic (Highly Preferred)

Key Skills Required Clinical & Technical Skills 3D Mammography (Tomosynthesis) Screening mammograms Diagnostic mammograms Proper breast positioning and compression techniques Radiation safety and dose optimization Image quality assessment and troubleshooting Patient Care Skills Excellent patient communication and education Compassionate care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients Ability to manage anxious or sensitive patients
