A reputable hospital in Peoria, IL is seeking a skilled Travel Med/Surg RN to join their inpatient nursing team for a 13‑week night‑shift assignment. Requirements

Active Illinois RN license in hand
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience
Current BLS (AHA)
Permanent residence must be 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for the full travel rate
Strong assessment, patient‑education, and time‑management skills

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and fellow nurses
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all hospital and unit protocols
Deliver safe, compassionate, patient‑centered care throughout the shift
