Overview

Requirements

• Active WV or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong telemetry interpretation skills and experience with high‑acuity adult patients

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary departments, and fellow nurses
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all unit and hospital protocols
• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient‑centered care throughout the shift
