Description

NICU – RN – Days - Crisis
Orientation Dates:

Start date 1/22
Orientation will last 4-6 hours
Virtual Modules must be completed prior to 1/26 start - up to 8 hours

Start date of Strike: 1/26

Strike will be open ended, clear candidates up to 30 Days, potentially longer
Important that candidate can commit to 60 hours a week for at least 2-3 weeks.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience within their specialty

Must be recent experience
No Gaps

Credentialing Items Required by the client:

All certifications held (AHA only: BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.)
DOB
SSN
COVID - declination will be allowed
Flu vaccine (2025–2026 season) - declination will be allowed
Physical exam (within last 12 months)
TB test (within last 12 months)
Fit Test (within last 12 months)
Hep B (Titers AND declination will be required) and Hep “A” Titer
Tdap (within the last 10 years) – declination will be allowed
MMR: 2 vaccines or positive titer
Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer

Travel Candidates will qualify for: Hotel and Flights will be covered by GQR. • Candidate will fill out a type form and we will book accommodations for the candidate • Flight from and to home • Hotel covered from orientation to end of strike Meal Allowance: • $90 per date – receipts required for reimbursement
