<p><strong>Travel RN – 3x12s | Meditech | Non-Local Only</strong></p><p> </p><h3>Schedule</h3><ul><li><strong>Shift:</strong> 3x12s (36 hrs/week)</li><li><strong>Weekends/Holidays:</strong> Required per unit needs</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum <strong>1 year of recent experience</strong> in a similar setting (required)</li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong> <strong>AHA certifications required</strong> (per facility policy)</li><li><strong>EMR/Charting:</strong> <strong>Meditech</strong></li></ul><h3>Local Candidate Policy</h3><ul><li><strong>Radius Rule:</strong> <strong>Non-local only</strong> — must live <strong>more than 50 miles</strong> from the facility (local candidates not accepted)</li></ul><h3>Guaranteed Hours &amp; Cancellation Policy</h3><ul><li>Facility may cancel up to <strong>12 hours (1 shift)</strong> per <strong>2-week period</strong> without penalty</li><li>Cancellations <strong>cannot</strong> be broken into hourly increments (must be a full 12-hour cancellation)</li></ul><h3>Cancellation / Back-Out Fee (Traveler)</h3><ul><li><strong>$1,500 fee</strong> may apply if the traveler ends the contract <strong>without a 14-day notice</strong></li></ul>
