Job Responsibilities

• Room patients in a high-volume outpatient clinic (100+ patients/day, 15 providers)
• Perform frequent venipuncture (drawing 1–5 vials per patient)
• Administer immunizations, injections, and oral medications
• Conduct IV therapy and phlebotomy, including starting and maintaining IVs
• Perform EKGs, blood glucose testing, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Handle telephone triage and clinic care coordination with providers
• Schedule nurse visits for labs, testing, and procedures
• Support MA duties as needed for clinic coverage

Requirements

• Active California LVN license (permanent only)
• IV certification required at submission
• BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient nursing experience
• Strong recent venipuncture experience REQUIRED
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions or declinations)
• Epic experience preferred
• No pending licenses accepted
• No RTO requests permitted

• Float may be required to Culver City FM within scope
• Locals accepted (within ~50-minute commute; local rate applies)
• Patient population: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
