Board-Certified Oncology Clinical Pharmacist (BCOP) to support inpatient and outpatient oncology services.

Salary Range (Annual)
- From: $136,000 To: $200,000
The role includes chemotherapy and supportive care optimization, EHR care plan review, patient education, collaboration with oncologists and fellows, and precepting pharmacy residents.
Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time

State License: Delaware Pharmacist License (upon acceptance)
Requirements:
- PharmD
- Active Pharmacist License
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)
- Minimum 5 years hospital/oncology experience
- PGY-1/PGY-2 Oncology Residency preferred
