Start Date : 2/7, 2/14, 2/21 very latest please

Length : 8 weeks
Schedule: 36/48 Weekly ROT Schedule. (1 week will work 36hrs, then next week will work 48hrs and so on)

Shifts: 7a-7p 3x12 Days

Experience Required: 1 year LPN SNF/LTC Geri experience

License Required: Active NC LPN license or compact

Certificates Required: BLS

Experience Preferred:

PCC experience
