RN Family Birthing Center (L/D, Mother/Baby) : Folsom, CA

Start Date: Feb 16
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights
Scheduled: 36 hours/week

Pay Breakdown :
Gross Weekly Pay: $3,458/week
Hourly Taxable Rate(W2) : $43/hr
Overtime Rate : $64.5/hr
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,652/week

Requirements:
OBED beds 2; 7 LDRP beds; 4-8 Overflow PP beds; 1 OR suite for C-Sections
NICU with 2 beds for newborn stabilization
70-80 births a month & NST antepartum testing (averaging 60-70 per mo)
Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? NO Labor 1:2, 1:1 at delivery. 1:4 Mother/Baby couplets.
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Adv EFM
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: 35 wks and above, may do twin deliveries, preterm patients less than 35 wks transferred to higher level of care
Minimum have' skills: Must have at least 1 years of LDRP experience; prefer 3 years of experience in this settings.
Will take L&D only with OR circulating experience, but will not accept a candidate who only has postpartum exp
