Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of Wisconsin to provide clinical counseling services. This role is not case management–focused and is ideal for a clinician who is trained in therapeutic counseling, diagnostic assessment, and treatment planning. The LCSW will work with individuals experiencing a range of behavioral health needs, including acute and crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
Formulate accurate clinical diagnoses
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when appropriate
Uphold ethical and professional standards of clinical practice

Required Qualifications

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Wisconsin
Formal training and experience in clinical counseling/therapy
Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and create treatment plans
Comfort and competence with crisis intervention
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
