EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience required
OASIS experience is required
First-time travelers accepted

LICENSURE & CERTIFICATIONS

BCLS required
Traveler must have BOTH Oregon (OR) and Washington (WA) licensure
- WA license may be in the application process
Pending licenses accepted, provided both state licenses are accounted for

Weekend Requirement: None
On-Call Requirement: None
Floating Required: No
Block Scheduling: Not available
Locals Accepted: Yes
- Considered local within a 50–75 mile radius
- Locals accepted at the same rate

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Traveler must have reliable personal transportation
Facility groups client visits efficiently to minimize drive time
Occasional maximum service radius of ~60 miles
- Approx. 60–90 minutes total drive time per day
Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:
- Primary vaccination series plus one booster required
