Job Description

• Coordinates total nursing care for patients.
• Participates in patient and family teaching.
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
• Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• Patient Population: Adult-Geriatric

Requirements

• Experience:

  • 2+ years of Med Surg experience.
  • Cardiac drip experience required.
  • Dementia experience/management required.
  • NIHSS certification strongly preferred.
  • Epic experience preferred.
• Licensing:

  • New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required.
  • Current Nursys, BLS, ACLS certifications must be uploaded with profile.
• Transportation:

  • Candidate must have their own vehicle; public transport is not available in the area.

Additional Information

• Scheduling:

  • Block scheduling will not be accommodated.
  • Must be available to work Memorial Day and the weekend before.
  • Requested time off (RTO) must be noted and verified at upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
• Orientation: Non-billable orientation required.
• Compliance: All medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance.
