Description
Position Overview
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) required
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
⚠️ REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Minimum 2+ years of NICU experience required
- Must have Level IV / Surgical NICU experience
- Experience with pre-, peri-, and post-operative neonatal care
- Must be willing to float to other departments at AMBH
- Must be willing to cross-campus float to SR NICU
CLINICAL EXPERIENCE (COMMON DIAGNOSES)
Candidates should have experience caring for neonates with conditions including, but not limited to:
- Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH)
- Meconium Aspiration Syndrome (MAS)
- Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC)
- Tracheoesophageal Fistula / Esophageal Atresia (TEF/EA)
- Abdominal wall defects
- Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD)
- Pulmonary hypertension
- Pre-operative, peri-operative, and post-operative cases
CERTIFICATIONS
- PALS – Required
- NRP – Preferred
HOLIDAY REQUIREMENT
- Must be willing to work either Christmas Day OR the day before/day after Christmas
