Number of Beds: 16

Patient Ratio: 1:2

Equipment: ventilator management experience required

EMR: EPIC

Weekend Shift Hours: 24 hours every other weekend

Call Requirements (Specific days of week with shift details): N/A

Float Requirements: to all step-down units, Telemetry, and other ICU level units

Type of Patients on Unit: cardiogenic shock, respiratory failure, renal failure, post-PCI

Requirements:

5YRS+ Exp Working in Specialty

5YRS+ Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting

ACTIVE BLS (AHA)

ACTIVE ACLS (AHA)

Must Have Skills/Exp: titration of medications, ability to interpret ECG, management of ventilator patient

Preferred Skillset/Exp: prior ICU experience
