Description

20 weeks // 4x10 Rotating
SCHEDULE: Rotating day/evening shift working 40-hours per week. Will start at either 0630 or 0800 Monday - Friday with Rotating Weekends working 0700-1200.
3 years of minimum experience.
Submissions must have an active CO PHA License in good standing
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree.
BLS (American Heart Association)
ACLS (American Heart Association)
Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS ACCEPTED - required Oct 1st through April 1.
MUST HAVE EPIC experience.
Meditch training a plus. Traveler Assignment will be while Facility is converting EMR from Meditech to Epic.
