EMR Environment: Facility converting from Meditech to Epic

Required Experience

Epic EMR experience – REQUIRED
Meditech training/experience – Preferred

Qualifications

Active Colorado Pharmacist (PHA) License in good standing – Required
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (BS in Pharmacy required)
BLS (American Heart Association) – Required
ACLS (American Heart Association) – Required
Flu Vaccine – REQUIRED
- No exemptions accepted
- Required annually from October 1 through April 1
