Description

Physical Therapist Assistant needed for a busy rehab team in the Claremont, NH area. The PTA will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to deliver treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic exercise and functional training, assisting with gait and transfer training, supporting pain management strategies, and documenting patient progress clearly and consistently. Strong teamwork and patient focused communication are essential.

Work may include adult and geriatric patients depending on unit needs Experience with ortho, neuro, post acute rehab, and general conditioning is a plus Must be comfortable managing a steady caseload and adapting to changing priorities Documentation must be completed accurately and on time per facility standards Compliance items and required credentials must be active and ready for submission Collaboration with PTs, nursing, and the care team is expected to support safe discharge planning and outcomes
