Patient Diagnoses: OUD, ETOH, Poly - substance use

Special Requirements: You will be expected to learn all post in the correctional setting but will primarily be covering Addictions Medicine department. The Addictions department oversees Suboxone, detox medication administration as well as Suboxone inductions, it will also include Methadone medication pass. You will be responsible for the assessments and treatments of patients going through substance withdrawal process and providing assessment and monitoring of patients during the induction process.
