2 years exp
Experience or 'Must have' skills: MUST have CVICU or Cardiac ICU background. I would expect the traveler coming in has at least 2 solid years of CVICU experience (prefer more) with continuing to travel having ICU assignments and can take care of these
patients without issue right off the bat. We cannot train for our equipment and patient population. They must be able to pick up right away. Must be able to work at a fast paced. Must be able to interpret strips. These skills are needed in Stepdown as the
expectation is for the traveler to be able to float to our ICU if needed.
