RN Psych | Bismarck, ND | Days | $2,074/week

 

Start Date: Feb 16 & 23
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days
Scheduled: 36 hours/week

 

Pay Breakdown :
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,074/week
Hourly Taxable Rate(W2) : $23/hr 
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1246/week

 

Requirements:
Department: Psych RN
*Certifications Required: BLS, CPI (preferred)*
- # of Beds: 25 licensed beds; Currently utilize 3 Adult Beds and 6 Adolescent Beds
- Nurse:Patient Ratios: 3:1 Adult currently (could get up to 7 patients); 6:1 Adolescent
- Patient Populations/Common diagnoses: Adolescents and Adults (travelers could work with peds one shift and adults the next, separated by a door). Most common diagnosis are depression, & anxiety, they also see substance abuse- etoh, other substances, psychosis, bipolar and schizophrenia, other behavioral or personality disorders, rare opioid withdrawal, medically cleared
- Experience or 'Must have' skills Acute/inpatient or (state) hospital experience, Good de-escalation and strong communication skills, Ok with first time travelers, Prefer adolescent experience.
