Shift: 7P-7A • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36/week • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend • Call Requirements: None • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS • Years of Experience: 5 years • Float Requirements: Critical Care Unit, CVICU overflow, Critical Care Step-Down, Med-Surg• Additional Notes: Home unit would be CCU but will float 1st if needed in CVICU or CCSD. Can be floated to med-surg departments if critical care areas are staffed.  Unit Information:Number of Beds: CCU- 22, CVICU- 14 (varies up and down depending on surgeries/ICU overflow), CCSD- 31 • Patient Ratios: CCU- 1:2, 1:3; CVICU- 1:2, 1:3; CCSD- 1:4, 1:5; Med-surg- 1:6 • Equipment: SpaceLabs bedside monitoring with continuous ECG, O2, Respiratory, BP, CVP, and PA monitoring, Baxter/Spectrum IV pumps, Kangaroo feeding pumps, Hill-Rom critical care beds, Ventilators (Variety), Prismaflex CRRT machines, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps, Blanketrols, Arctic Sun, Rapid-Transfusion, Fluid warming, and Zoll monitoring. • EHR: Meditech, Clinical access for ICU patients
