5+years extensive acute care clinical experience [required]
Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) [required]
Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is [STRONGLY preferred].
Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is required is [STRONGLY preferred]
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision within established policy.
Applicant must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.
Specialty Pharmacy medication management
Retail experience [required]
