About Facility:

o 109 Licensed Beds

o No Trauma Designation

o Not a Teaching Hospital – no residents/students

o Advanced Primary Stroke Center

o Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

● Unit Information:

o Beds: 16

o Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years ED RN experience (Resource Team requirement)

o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Not preferred – will consider

● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

o Pediatric and Adult

o COPD, CHF, Chest Pain, MI, N-STEMI, Stroke, TIA, new onset cardiac arrhythmia, uncontrolled DM, minor trauma
