Description
• Shift: Nights, 1900-0730
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 – must be indicated on submission form
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
ALL CONTINGENCY REQUESTS MUST BE ON THE SUBMISSION FORM
• Weekend Hours: As required by facility/every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)
• Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only
• Preferred Certifications: ACLS from AHA only
• Years of Experience: 1 year Med Surg
• Float Requirements: May be floated to other units depending on staffing needs
Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: 30
• Patient Ratios: 1:6-7. We do not guarantee ratios. Careful consideration is given depending on the circumstance
• Equipment: Alaris IV pumps, Kangaroo enteral feeding pumps, wound vacs, SCD machines, PCA pumps, low air loss mattresses, remote telemetry monitors
• EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Med Surg, inpatient only
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:
• Type of Patients on Unit: GI, GU, Wound Care, Acute Withdrawal, Altered Mental Status, Dialysis/ESRD, minor surgical
• Personality Fit: patient-focused, team player
Dress Code:
• Scrub Color: Black
• Any unacceptable attire: anything other than above; leggings
Auto Offer Guidelines:
• Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form
• RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end
• Holiday RTO –can request only 1 per assignment
