Description

Ultrasound Technician / Sonographer
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient

Role Highlights

Perform high-quality ultrasound exams in an outpatient setting
Prepare exam rooms and maintain sonography equipment
Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and vascular studies
Identify and document anatomy and pathology accurately
Create scan reports and flag urgent findings to medical staff
Maintain patient confidentiality and safety standards
Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Sonography, Radiology, or Medical Imaging program
Clinical experience in a medical or surgical setting
Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to multitask and adapt in dynamic clinical environments
