Housing & Vehicle Requirements (Facility-Provided)

Housing

• Facility provides 1-bedroom apartment housing
• Housing available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start and no later than 24 hours after contract end
• Pets are not allowed
• Housing is intended for the traveler only
• Bringing additional family members requires facility approval
• Housing must be cleaned upon departure or additional cleaning fees will be billed

Vehicle

• Facility provides a vehicle (facility-owned or rental)
• Vehicle available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start and no later than 24 hours after contract end
• Only the traveler is authorized to drive the vehicle
• Traveler must provide:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proof of insurance
• Traveler’s personal auto insurance must include rental car coverage
• Vehicle use limited to “around town” within a 30-mile radius
• Vehicle must be turned in during any time off and reissued upon return
• Tire chains available at additional cost billed to traveler
• Vehicle must be returned clean and with a full tank of gas
