<h3><strong>Position Overview</strong></h3><p>Prime Physicians LLC is seeking experienced <strong>Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses</strong> to provide <strong>inpatient nursing services</strong> at the Rosebud IHS Hospital. The role supports acute staffing shortages and delivers comprehensive patient care in compliance with IHS, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.</p><h3> </h3><h3><strong>Schedule &amp; Shifts:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Day Shift:</strong> 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM</li><li><strong>Night Shift:</strong> 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM</li><li>30-minute lunch break included</li><li><strong>Overtime paid at regular rate</strong></li><li>No on-call or standby</li><li>Maximum <strong>1 unplanned absence per quarter</strong></li></ul><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide safe, high-quality inpatient Med-Surg nursing care</li><li>Perform assessments, treatments, and timely documentation</li><li>Use <strong>EHR/RPMS</strong> for charting and order sign-off</li><li>Follow all IHS, hospital, infection control, and safety policies</li><li>Participate in QA/PI, chart reviews, and corrective actions if needed</li><li>Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance</li><li>Demonstrate cultural sensitivity while caring for the Native American population</li></ul>
