Description
Required Education: -High school graduate or equivalent. Preferred Education: -Graduate of an accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalography E Evoked Potentials (ABRET). Required Certifications & Licensure: -American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -Registered by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) in a minimum of 1 of the following: --Registered Electroencephalography Technologist (EEG). --Registered Nerve Conduction Velocity Testing (EMG/NCV). --Certified Autonomic Professional (CAP). --Certified Long Term Monitoring Technologist (CLTM). --Registered Evoked Potential Technologist
Required Skills & Experience: -Proven ability to perform Electroencephalography. Preferred Skills & Experience: -2+ years of proven experience as a Neurodiagnostic Technician. -Nerve Conduction Velocity Testing. -Autonomics. -Long Term Monitoring. -Evoked Potentials. -Magnetoencephalography.
