EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS

5+ years RN experience
3+ years recent RNFA experience (MANDATORY)
Strong background in Ortho, General Surgery & Spine
Certified RNFA required (CSFA/SFA NOT accepted)
BLS required | CRNFA preferred
Epic charting experience
Must complete BJC Privileging process

REQUIRED SKILLS / CASE EXPERIENCE Surgical Specialties: Orthopedic, Spine, General Surgery ENT, GYN, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, Vascular Robotic Surgery (Da Vinci Xi preferred) Procedures Include: Total Hip & Knee Replacements Spinal Fusion, Laminectomy, Discectomy Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernia Repair Mastectomy, Vascular bypass procedures Laparoscopic & Robotic-assisted cases RNFA Core Skills: Surgical first assist (suturing all layers, fascia & muscle) Hemostasis, vessel ligation, tissue manipulation Suctioning, irrigation, wound closure & dressing Aseptic technique & sterile field maintenance
