Full-Time | 7 on / 7 off evenings
Inpatient-focused role including renal dose adjustments, therapeutic interchanges, IV-to-PO conversions, and medication verification. Ideal for pharmacists seeking block scheduling.

Clinical Pharmacist – Medical Group
Full-Time | 8:00a–5:30p weekday schedule
Clinic-based role embedded within a multi-specialty physician group, focused on medication optimization and provider collaboration.

Clinical Pharmacist – Regional / Ambulatory Services
Full-Time | Day shift (varied)
Hybrid hospital/ambulatory role with chronic disease management, anticoagulation services, collaborative drug therapy management, and interdisciplinary clinical engagement.

Compensation & Incentives

Salary range: $111,009.60 – $166,524.80 annually (based on experience)

$20,000 sign-on bonus (paid at hire with 2-year commitment)

Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)

Verify and review medication orders

Adjust medication therapy per hospital-approved protocols

Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Requirements

PharmD required

Licensed or eligible for Indiana pharmacist licensure

ASHP residency or equivalent experience preferred

Board certification preferred when eligible
