Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages. The RN will assess, prioritize, and manage patients presenting with conditions ranging from minor injuries to critical trauma in a fast-paced ER environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ clinical conditions and rapidly identify life-threatening situations
• Initiate emergency interventions when physicians are not immediately available
• Operate and monitor emergency equipment including cardiac monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and pulse oximeters
• Administer medications, IV therapy, respiratory treatments, and mechanical ventilation as ordered
• Accurately document patient assessments, nursing interventions, and care coordination
• Coordinate patient care plans and delegate tasks based on staff skills and patient needs
• Maintain a safe environment, ensure proper equipment availability, and support unit operations
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent ER RN experience
• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact License
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • TNCC
• Ability to multitask in a high-acuity, fast-paced ER environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must pass all pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
