Travel RN – Telemetry / IMC Med-Surg
Location: Alamogordo, NM
Start Date: 03/02/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 12*3

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse practices independently in a Telemetry/IMC Med-Surg setting, delivering both routine and complex patient care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to manage changing patient needs in an acute care environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
Monitor patient responses and document care accurately
Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and available resources
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements:

Active RN license (NM or Compact)
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience preferred
BSN preferred
