Operating Room Registered Nurse – Evening Shift

Washington, DC 20010 3×12 Hours | 11:00–23:30 | 13 Weeks

Position Overview

An experienced Operating Room RN is needed for a 13‑week evening‑shift assignment. The role requires strong competency across multiple surgical service lines, the ability to float to units of equal or lower acuity, and flexibility with call and weekend rotations. First‑time travelers are accepted with sufficient experience.

Schedule & Shift Requirements

Start Date: March 2, 2026
Shift: 3×12‑hour evenings, 11:00–23:30
Hours: 36 per week
On‑Call: 6 call shifts per 6‑week schedule
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend shift per 6‑week schedule
Floating: Required within equal or lower acuity units
Scrubs: Ceil blue (not provided)
Flu Vaccine: Required

Licensure Requirements

Pending DC RN license accepted
- Must provide proof of pending status at submission
- Must have DC license in hand before start date
Eligible for Aya Paid Open License Project

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years OR RN experience
First‑time travelers accepted with 2 years of experience
