Job Title: Interventional Radiology Tech (IR Tech)

Facility: Henderson Hospital
Location: 1050 W Galleria Dr, Henderson, NV 89011
Shift: 07:00am-15:30pm (8-hour shift)

Pay: Full-Time Permanent; Between $41.02 - $54.35

Relocation Reimbursement would be up to 5k

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE TO APPLY

ON CALL: IR Tech will do 6-week schedule 18 days in a 6-week period.

Job Description

Henderson Hospital is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform cardiovascular and interventional radiological procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role supports high-quality patient care and collaborates closely with physicians and the cath lab/interventional team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and radiation safety standards
• Operate imaging equipment and monitoring devices
• Provide age-appropriate patient care and support
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• OR
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) program
• Must complete VHS Ancillary Preceptor training within the first 6 months of employment 

Experience

• 2-year experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab for RCIS-certified candidates
• OR
• 2 years' experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology for ARRT (CI) or ARRT (VI) candidates Technical Skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with cardiovascular and interventional procedures

Licenses & Certifications (Required)

• Nevada Radiation Control License (Active)
• ARRT (CI) or ARRT (VI) registration OR RCIS certification
• BLS (AHA) – current
